Santander wanted to differentiate themselves from the larger UK banks by offering a more intuitive, customer-friendly onboarding experience. To help communicate that story, we produced a sleek animated explainer that walked viewers through their new digital onboarding process—showing how modern design and smart automation could replace the slow, paperwork-heavy experiences customers had come to expect from traditional banks. The animation became a centerpiece of Santander’s digital communications, helping internal teams and customers alike visualize how the new process worked. Its clear, approachable style reinforced the bank’s reputation as an innovative, people-focused financial brand, setting them apart in a competitive market.
