In 2019, Neopost — a long-standing global leader in mailing solutions, business process automation, and customer communications management — rebranded to become Quadient. The new name reflected the company’s evolution beyond mailing systems into a broader technology and software solutions provider, helping organizations connect with their customers in more meaningful and efficient ways. We partnered with Quadient during this pivotal transition to create a series of videos that communicated the rebrand’s purpose and vision across internal and external audiences. Our deliverables included a main video town hall announcement to introduce the rebrand company-wide, an animated piece for the website featuring CEO Geoffrey Godet explaining the meaning behind the new identity, and a collage video showcasing members of the C-suite as they shared what the transformation meant for the future of the company. The campaign was a major success, helping align thousands of global employees behind a unified brand message and giving external audiences a clear, inspiring introduction to Quadient’s new identity. The videos were featured across the company’s internal communications platforms and on their public website, playing a key role in setting the tone for Quadient’s next chapter as a modern, customer-centric technology company.
